classes are defined as gentle, moderate, or vigorous, referring to the intensity of practice; however, because individual needs vary from day to day and over time, students are encouraged to tune in to their bodies and practice at an intensity that feels right in the present moment. each class includes centering, pranayama (breathing), postures, and meditation, and ends with a period of deep relaxation to revitalize the respiratory, nervous, endocrine, digestive, and other major systems of the body.

monday

    warm gentle flow w/ kara


    10 - 11am

    warm gentle flow yoga is a practice for any level, beginners are welcome! This is a gentler take on a vinyasa flow, using modifications & props to move the body before settling into some supported restorative postures. great way to ease into your day peacefully and rejuvenated room temp. warm 80 - 85 degrees.



    hot multi-level vinyasa w/denise


    6 - 7:15 pm

    a moderate class where we are slowly flowing through postures, keeping a calm smooth breathing pattern, a practice focusing on alignment and safety in the poses. all levels are welcome. completely new yogis are encouraged to try yoga basics first. challenging poses are taught and explored here. room temp 95 - 100 degrees



    warm vinyasa BASICS w/phebe


    7:30 - 8:45pm

    yoga for beginners! this class focuses on alignment, breathing, and pacing. we learn twists for detoxification, balancing poses for concentration, breathing patterns that help you ground your practice. slowly flowing, as well as holding the postures to learn the fundamentals of each pose. room temp 85 - 90 degrees. all levels welcome, great for beginners.

    yoga for core strengthening is a vigorous practice which will help you build strength evenly while keeping you centered and balanced. this class aims to tone and build strength in the abdominal area, the back, and side body by utilizing traditional asana as well as core conditioning techniques. some yoga experience recommended! room temp 85 degrees



    hot vinyasa flow w/nishi


    7:15 - 8:30 pm

    hot vinyasa flow is a grow flow practice, for those that enjoy a challenge, a dynamic style, a vigorous paced class using breathe, movement and focus to cleanse and repower our lives. Challenging poses are taught and explored. room temp. 95 - 100 degrees

    this warm gentle restorative class is sweet for anyone who needs to rejuvenate & relax. opening postures which are mainly seated or lying down on the mat utilizing props. room temp 85 degrees. all levels welcome. great for beginners

    a moderate to vigorous class slowly flowing through postures, while pausing in a posture for a few breaths to align and listen in allowing the muscles to release tension and/or build strength. all levels welcome. completely new yogis are encouraged to try yoga basics first. challenging poses are taught and explored here. room temp. 95 - 100 degrees

    warm $5 community class cash only w/rotating teachers


    6 - 7 pm

    a warm multi-level class open to everyone. these will vary according to the needs of those that attend. An opportunity to drop-in to a class for only $5 cash 😉 *can NOT be used with class cards & CC not accepted for this class*

    prenatal yoga w/alaina


    11:45am - 1pm

    an open and supportive environment where mommas can bond and connect with other women. taking prenatal yoga can maintain your flexibility and improve circulation. in these classes we will focus on: soothing discomfort; relieving stress;breathing exercises; strengthening birthing muscles; visualization and mantras
